What to consider before ordering in bulk

A bulk order is mostly decisions made early. These are the ones worth making carefully.

Quantities, sizes and delivery are easier to settle before production than after it.

Quantity and minimums

Minimum quantities vary by product and customisation method. Ask early, because the minimum can change which method makes sense for your budget.

Larger quantities usually bring the cost per piece down, particularly with silkscreen, where the setup is spread across the order.

Sizes

Collect the size breakdown before you order, not after. A size run that is guessed tends to leave a box of unworn extra-larges behind.

We can supply a size chart, or a sample garment to try, before you ask your group to choose.

Samples and timing

Most projects take two to four weeks after artwork and sample approval, and complex custom products may take longer. Work backwards from the date you need them.

Approving a sample is the step people are tempted to skip when they are in a hurry. It is also the step that catches the wrong shade of navy.

Send us your date first. We will tell you what is possible before you commit to anything.
